Training From The Inside Out

What I Do / What You Get

The body is the instrument of the soul; the mind is its guide.
—Paramahansa Yogananda

I coach busy professionals and athletes into their dream body. To do this, I use scientifically proven neurological mind/body connection work to set the groundwork for your physical expression. Then, I embody your goals physically with uniquely-structured fitness and nutrition programs. I start with an FMS movement screen to evaluate the efficiency of your 7 primal movement patterns. I include a static posture and length/tension spinal degree assessment to see how symmetrical your body is. At their foundation, the programs I teach are a combination of comprehensive balance (Paul Chek), barbell and dumbbell strength work (KILO), ergonomic kettlebell movements (Strong First Girya), Olympic lifting (USAW) and current nutrition guidance (Precision Nutrition). Depending on how you respond and what your body likes, the programs adjust every 3 to 8 weeks. This sets the cornerstone for how your life moves most efficiently from then on—physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This is a permanent answer to your fitness life. The way you treat your body is the way you enliven your dreams. Together, we will ignite the heat of bliss within you: Inner Core Gainz.

We can all agree we want our fitness to happen quickly and last. Despite the barriers we all know exist, the real problem is that the subconscious keeps our goals out of reach. Yet, we can agree that isn't something we can work out on our own. That's why to achieve your fitness goal, we need someone who can help us get our subconscious along for the ride too—not just the 6 week fitness and nutrition programs. Here's how: start your fitness journey with subconscious optimization to make your subconscious and conscious goals the same. Not only do you see your fitness goals, but you feel Happy, live your Purpose and taste your Transformation… and do it as many times as you want.
